2. Discussion with the Herington Municipal Hospital Board Members and Staff 3. Executive Session – I move that the Herington City Commission recess into Executive Session Pursuant to the: Consultation with an attorney on matters that would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship exception, K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(2) In order to discuss potential litigation.

3. Adjourn.
