Homestead Village Apartments

There are 20 Homestead Village Apartments at 1100 North Broadway located just North of the Herington Municipal Hospital. These 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are for independent living to those 50 years and over. The apartments come cable ready with utilities paid except for phone and internet.

Each apartment also has a small storage unit attached, refrigerator, stove, dish washer, garbage disposal, washer and dryer hookups, and a single car detached garage. If you don't have a vehicle, the City of Herington offers a General Public Transportation Bus service providing independence.

The Homestead Village Club House is available to you for rental for family gatherings, reunions, or any function requiring more space.

Pricing for each size of apartment is as follows:
 

• 1 Bedroom apartment = $850.00
• 2 Bedroom small apartment = $1,000.00
• 2 Bedroom large apartment = $1,150.00
