Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance

As we move into landscaping and lawn maintenance we wanted to send a few reminders:

Any such grasses and comparable vegetation shall be presumed to be blighted if they exceed 12 inches in height.

The property owner/resident's responsibility is to maintain up to the middle of the street and alley. This includes curbing overgrowth & blowing grass clippings into the street.
