Debit and Credit Card Processing Fee Update

Effective 4/1/21 there will be a convenience fee of 1.5% for credit/debit card usage on all payments. This will not be a fee collected by the City but the credit and debit card processor. This is a standard procedure allowed for governmental and non-profit entities that accept debit/credit cards for payment.
The fee will not be on any cash, check, or ACH (deducted from account from the 10 to the 13th of the month) payments. If you wish for the City to deduct your utility payments for your checking or savings account, please come into City Hall and ask for an ACH debit form.
